I’m Liesbeth, a pediatrician and certified yoga instructor. For years I worked in high-pressure healthcare while searching for balance. Yoga gave me the calm, clarity, and resilience I needed, and now I share these tools with colleagues through Doctors on the Mat.

This program combines medical understanding, evidence-based yoga, and real-life experience in healthcare.
